Welcome to the Shadani Membership program! By subscribing to our plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Membership Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
  • Subscribed members agree to receive transactional and promotional messages via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Payment & Activation

  • You will receive a secure payment link from the official Shadani number.
  • Payment methods accepted: UPI, Card (Debit/Credit), or online wallets like Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe.
  • First payment completes membership activation.

Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

  • Renewal is automatic every month.
  • To cancel, contact us with your:
    • Membership ID
    • Registered Phone Number
    • Registered Email
  • You must also cancel auto-payment with your selected payment channel (Paytm, Google Pay, etc.).
  • No refunds will be issued. Billing stops after cancellation only.

Restrictions & Fair Use

  • Membership is non-transferable.
  • Unauthorised use includes:
    • Placing orders for others repeatedly using your membership
    • Shipping to multiple friend/relative addresses
    • Trying to reuse member discounts unethically
  • We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts suspected of abuse or manipulation.

Benefit Exclusions

  • Not all promotional or limited-time products are included in member discounts and services.

Data Handling & Privacy

  • All user data is stored securely on our Shopify-powered platform.
  • You may request account and data deletion at any time via customer support email.
  • We may use your subscription data for future marketing and personalized promotions.
