MERA SHADANI CAN: TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective from: 26 October 2026

1. ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN
"Mera Shadani Can" (the "Campaign") is organised by Shadani India Private Limited, trading as Shadani Group, having its registered office at [Plot No. D2 & D3, Faridabad Industrial Town (FIT), Sector - 57 Faridabad, Haryana 121004], Faridabad, Haryana, India, GSTIN [06AAXCS6660G1ZR] ("Shadani", "we", "us"). By entering the Campaign you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms").

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
Entries are accepted from 12:00 AM IST on 26 October 2026 to 11:59 PM IST on 24 November 2026 (the "Campaign Period"), or until the maximum number of coupons described in clause 8 has been reached, whichever is earlier.

3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The Campaign is open only to residents of India who are 18 years of age or older and who provide a delivery address in India at a pin code serviced by our courier partners.
3.2 Employees of Shadani, their immediate family members and agencies connected with the Campaign are not eligible.
3.3 Persons under 18 may not participate.

4. WHAT QUALIFIES AS AN ENTRY
4.1 An entry must show a genuine Shadani-branded plastic can (the "Can") that you are reusing for another purpose, such as storing food items at home.
4.2 The Shadani label must be clearly visible, original and unaltered.
4.3 The photo must be taken by you, must be original, and must show a handwritten note with the current code word published on the Campaign page.
4.4 The Can must not be shown containing any harmful, hazardous or illegal substance. The photo must not contain any content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.
4.5 Photos of children may be included only with a parent's or guardian's consent.

5. HOW TO ENTER
5.1 Post your photo or story on your own public Instagram, Facebook or Snapchat account (or another platform we approve), tagging @shadani and using #MeraShadaniCan.
5.2 Submit your entry on the Campaign page of our website, or send it to us by Instagram direct message, WhatsApp or the phone number on the Campaign page, with the link or a screenshot of your post.
5.3 Your post or story should remain visible for at least 24 hours after you submit it.
5.4 Only one entry per person is allowed.

6. VERIFICATION
6.1 We will review each entry, normally within 2 working days of receipt, and may ask for additional photos or a short video.
6.2 We may reject an entry that does not meet these Terms, including entries where the label is not visible or is altered, the photo is not original, the details are false or incomplete, or the entry is a duplicate.
6.3 Our decision on verification is final, subject to your rights under applicable law.

7. REWARD
7.1 Each approved entry earns one unique coupon code (the "Coupon"), which we will send to the mobile number or email you provided.
7.2 The Coupon entitles you, on one order placed on our website, to (a) free shipping and (b) four free Shadani cans chosen from the designated Free Can collection, subject to stock (together, the "Reward"), provided the order is a Qualifying Order.
7.3 A "Qualifying Order" is an order with a value of at least Rs. 299 after discounts and before shipping and taxes, paid in full by an online (prepaid) payment method. Cash on Delivery orders do not qualify. The free cans do not count toward the minimum order value.
7.4 Free cans are subject to availability. If a flavour is unavailable, we may substitute another Shadani can of equal or higher value.

8. COUPON LIMIT AND CONDITIONS
8.1 A limited number of Coupons will be issued (currently 95 in total at any time, including those redeemed). When the limit is reached the offer will close even if the Campaign Period has not ended. Coupons already issued will be honoured.
8.2 Each Coupon is valid for 14 days from the date it is issued and, in any case, cannot be used after 8 December 2026.
8.3 Each Coupon can be used once, on one order only, and is limited to one per person, mobile number, email address, delivery address and household.
8.4 The Coupon is personal to you. It cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash or combined with other discount codes, except as we state on the Campaign page.
8.5 If the Qualifying Order is cancelled, or items are returned or refunded so that the order value falls below Rs. 299, the Reward may be withdrawn and the value of the free cans and free shipping may be deducted from your refund.
8.6 The free cans cannot be returned or refunded separately, except where the product is damaged, defective or not as described.

9. FAIR PLAY AND DISQUALIFICATION
We may reject any entry, cancel any Coupon or order, and disqualify any person who, in our reasonable opinion, submits false, edited, copied or stock images, uses multiple identities, uses automated means, or otherwise tries to gain an unfair advantage. We may report fraudulent conduct to the appropriate authorities.

10. YOUR CONTENT
10.1 You confirm that you own the photo and post you submit and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
10.2 You keep ownership of your content. By entering, you give Shadani a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, repost and share your photo and post (with credit to your social media handle) on our website, social media pages and marketing materials for 12 months from the date of your entry.
10.3 You may ask us to remove your content at any time by writing to [email]. We will remove it within a reasonable time. Removal does not affect a Coupon already issued to you.

11. PRIVACY AND YOUR DATA
11.1 We collect your name, mobile number, email address, city, state, pin code, photo, social media handle and (at checkout) delivery address.
11.2 We use this information to verify your entry, issue and manage your Coupon, process and deliver your order, contact you about the Campaign and, only if you have separately agreed, send you offers.
11.3 We may share your data with service providers who help us run the Campaign (for example payment, courier, communication and form providers). We do not sell your data.
11.4 We keep your data only as long as needed for these purposes and as required by law, which will be no more than [period, e.g. 12 months] after the Campaign unless you place orders or give further consent.

12. SAFE REUSE OF CANS
Shadani cans are packaging for the food products they contain. If you choose to reuse a can, wash and dry it thoroughly, use it only for food items, and follow any care instructions on the pack. Do not use it in a microwave or for hot contents unless the pack says it is safe. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
The Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, WhatsApp, Snapchat or Google. You release these platforms from any liability connected with the Campaign.

14. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Shadani is not responsible for entries that are lost, late or incomplete, for technical failures, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law.

15. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
We may change these Terms, extend, suspend or end the Campaign, or change the Reward if required by law or by events outside our control such as technical failure or fraud. We will post any change on this page. Coupons already issued will be honoured unless they were obtained through fraud or breach of these Terms.

16. TAXES
The Qualifying Order is subject to applicable taxes as shown on your invoice. You are responsible for any other taxes arising from your participation.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the appropriate consumer commission, the courts at Faridabad, Haryana will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Campaign.
